The short version: your sleep is nobody's business but yours. Evenhush has no account and no sign-in. Your routines, your history, and the analysis of which habits help you sleep all live on your device. There is no Evenhush server, so we have nothing to read: your data never reaches us. We never sell data, never show ads, and never train anything on you. You can wipe everything at any time.
1. Who We Are
Evenhush is developed by Anchori Intel, a sole-trader app studio operated by Stuart McMillan, registered in Australia (ABN 51 277 394 323). Questions about this policy: hello@anchoriintel.com.
2. What Evenhush Collects
Nothing on our servers. Evenhush has no account, no login, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. It makes no network calls to us. Everything you create stays on your device.
Your routines & history — the wind-down protocols you build, the habits you complete each night, your streak, and your reflections — are stored locally on your device (in a private app group shared only with the Evenhush widgets and Apple Watch app on the same device).
3. Apple Health (HealthKit)
Evenhush's insights come from your own Apple Health data, and they are computed entirely on your device.
- With your permission, Evenhush reads sleep stages, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and respiratory rate, only to correlate your habits with your sleep, on-device.
- Evenhush writes each completed wind-down to Health as a mindful session, if you allow it.
- Your Health data is never sent to Anchori Intel or any third party. It never leaves your device through Evenhush.
- You can grant or revoke Health access any time in the Health app or iOS Settings. In line with Apple's rules, Evenhush never uses Health data for advertising or shares it for marketing.
4. Notifications
If you allow notifications, Evenhush schedules a local reminder for your wind-down time. These are scheduled on your device by iOS. No push server is involved and no notification content is sent to us.
5. Subscriptions
Evenhush Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription, and Protocol Pack is an optional one-time purchase, both sold through Apple's App Store. Purchases and payments are handled entirely by Apple — we never see your payment details. 6. What We Never Do
- We never sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- We never show advertising.
- We never share your routines or sleep data with a third party.
- We never train an AI model on your data.
- We never use tracking identifiers (IDFA, ATT prompts).
7. Your Rights
- Delete everything — Settings → Delete All Data. Permanently erases every routine, night, and setting from the device and resets Evenhush to first launch.
- Manage Health access — in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings → Privacy → Health.
- Cancel your subscription — manage in your Apple Account settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data. Because Evenhush holds nothing about you on any server, most requests are satisfied simply by using the app's own controls — but you can always contact hello@anchoriintel.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Not a Medical Service
Evenhush is a wind-down and habit tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its sleep insights are informational, not clinical. If you have a persistent sleep problem or a health concern, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
9. Children
Evenhush is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the date at the top and note it in the next app update's release notes.
